OUR HISTORY UNDER CONSTRUCTION

The project came to life with StoresAce and DIG-IN , and with the support of brands such as Turismo de Portugal , NEST , AHRESP and Unicorn Factory , because we believe in the importance of innovation in catering, designing START-EAT-Up to be more than just an event. We want to be a movement that transforms the way catering businesses operate.

In the coming years, we aim to grow and evolve, becoming the top of mind when it comes to digitalization, innovation and management in the restaurant sector. We plan to expand the event to different cities and countries, hold a major annual meeting that will bring together the main players in the sector and, above all, create an environment where everyone – from small entrepreneurs to large chains – can learn, collaborate and grow together.
