The project came to life with Stores Ace and DIG-IN , with the support of brands such as Turismo de Portugal , NEST , AHRESP , and Unicorn Factory , believe in the importance of innovation in the restaurant industry, designing START-EAT-Up to be more than just a simple event. We want to be a movement that transforms the way restaurant businesses operate.

In the coming years, we aspire to grow and evolve, becoming the top-of-mind brand when it comes to digitalization, innovation, and management in the restaurant sector. We plan to expand the event to different cities and countries, holding a large annual gathering that will bring together the main players in the sector and, above all, create an environment where everyone – from small entrepreneurs to large chains – can learn, collaborate, and grow together.
